Who delivers to Disney Resorts, Universal Orlando Resort, and surrounding hotels?
When it comes to grocery delivery in Orlando, you have several options. National chains like Amazon, Kroger, Instacart, Shipt, and Walmart all deliver to resorts, making them perfectly valid choices for ordering groceries. If you have a membership with any of these services, that may be the route you’d prefer. However, it’s important to exercise caution and ensure that you stay informed about your order and delivery person. Most of the time, these personnel are more accustomed to delivering to homes and may not be familiar with each resort’s specific policies and procedures.
Beware of ending up like this poor guest who had no idea where her order went. What a dreadful way to start a vacation!

There are numerous small, independent businesses that can assist you with your groceries and deliver them directly to your resort. They are usually reliable, familiar with the area, and have previous experience in guest or customer service. However, be cautious of any potential overcharging or additional fees. While they may only have one delivery fee or none at all, they might increase the price of the groceries astronomically, add credit card processing fees, or charge extra for shopping at multiple stores.

There was one and only one thing my daughter wanted when visiting WDW- a shoulder Ratatouille, but they were all sold out in every park. I never thought I’d have a Rat loving daughter, but she loves Ratatouille and was so disappointed to say the least. At the end of November I reached out to Magical Vacation Services- who I found on a Disney Facebook page. I received an email a few days later letting me know that due to weather they were still working on getting my merchandise but were confident they could get one. A few days after that, I received my invoice and the merchandise came two days after payment in the mail. I’d use this service again. There will be one happy little girl come Christmas morning.

Ordering groceries for your Disney World vacation can enhance your experience in different ways. For a quick and easy breakfast before hitting rope drop, consider ordering breakfast foods. If you want to save money or enjoy your favorite snacks not available in the parks, ordering snacks for the parks is a great idea. Guests staying in a villa with a full kitchen can benefit from ordering ingredients for a complete dinner to enjoy a relaxing evening in. Additionally, all DVC resorts have grills available, so consider grilling for a fun vacation experience!

Selecting Your Items
Our process is designed to be easy and flexible, with multiple ordering options to suit different guests.
We have three ways to order:
- Individual Items – Explore our selection of over 100 of our most sought-after items, all available for you to easily add to your cart and check out. Need something that’s not listed? No problem. Just add it to the additional items field at checkout, and we can send you an invoice for just those items, with no additional fees!
- Grocery Packages – All items included in the packages are listed in the description. Please make any requested customizations and then add the entire item to your cart. All items listed in the package description will be included in your order, along with a handy checklist!
- Custom List—Would you like to create a personalized grocery list? This option is perfect for accommodating guests with specific dietary needs, allergies, and sensitivities. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for this service, which will be credited towards your grocery order.
- Alcohol Delivery – We have teamed up with Total Wine, a premier liquor store, to offer you the convenience of ordering alcohol for delivery along with your groceries. For specific instructions on how to do this, please check out our alcohol delivery guidelines. Cheers to easy and hassle-free shopping!

Your Delivery: Schedule the Perfect Date and Time!
When planning your vacation, knowing your arrival date is crucial. We have availability on most days, except for Sundays and Wednesdays. If you plan to arrive on either of these days, please contact us, and we will ensure that your items are delivered in time for your arrival. This way, you can have a hassle-free start to your vacation.
After adding all your items to the cart, simply proceed to the cart page where you’ll see two options: “Schedule Grocery Delivery” and “Schedule Gift Delivery.” Please choose “Schedule Grocery Delivery” to access our grocery delivery availability. Choose your preferred delivery day and time. In most cases, we deliver before your arrival at the resort, so your items will be waiting for you upon arrival. It’s truly magical!

Finish up!
Once you schedule your order, please return to your cart and complete your purchase. If you have chosen individual items or grocery packages, you are all set, and we will take it from there on your arrival date.
If you choose to create a custom list, you will receive a fully researched and itemized invoice in your email three to five days before your arrival. This invoice will include a detailed list of each item, your deposit credit, and confirmation information about your arrival. Upon receipt, review the invoice and approve it. Then, proceed to make the payment to finalize your order. If you need to make any changes, please request them before making the final payment. We are more than happy to accommodate any changes you desire.
Vacation Day Arrival: Your Order Pickup Guide
Each resort is a bit different; it varies not only by company but sometimes also by resort. Please use these tips to make your pickup easy and breezy. Whether you order from Amazon, Dizzy Dolphin, or the best grocery delivery company in the world (Us!), these pickups should be similar. Still, please check with your prospective company, as their procedures may vary.
At Magical Vacation Services, we go the extra mile. We deliver items in sealed boxes and 3-hour cold bags to ensure freshness and security when they are stored for later pickup. When we meet you in person, refrigerated items will still be delivered in 3-hour cold bags, while other items will be handed to you in easily manageable bags.
As mentioned above, each resort is different, so here is a general rundown of the most popular area resorts:
- Walt Disney World Resort – Grocery Delivery to Disney World is incredibly easy and accommodating. ALL Disney resorts have a grocery storage area with shelving, refrigerators, and freezers. Along with our bags, this allows all cold items to be placed directly into the refrigerator so they stay cold and fresh. Each resort has a slightly different procedure, but all have numbered shelves, and deliveries are logged for easy and fast location. If Bell Services delivers your order, Disney does add a $6 charge to your folio for delivery. If you choose to pick them up, that fee will be waived.
- Universal Orlando—Universal Resorts, operated by Lowes Resorts, does not store groceries for guests. If you order from our service, please let us know if there are any delays so we can adjust our delivery as necessary. You will receive text communication to make sure that we can meet you when you are ready for your groceries.
- Area Resorts—Each resort is different. Some will store groceries, and some do not. Please contact your resort or hotel before ordering so that you understand their policies and procedures regarding grocery delivery.
