Our ordering process is now easier and more straightforward than ever! Thanks to our new website, launched recently, we’ve made significant improvements to ensure a seamless experience for our valued guests.
Simply select from our wide range of options, add them to your cart, and proceed to surprise your friends, family, or travel clients. Before finalizing your order, you will be prompted to schedule your delivery. Please check the available dates and choose the day for the delivery. All deliveries are scheduled for 6:00 PM for organizational purposes, but they are guaranteed to be delivered by 7:00 PM, usually much earlier. If necessary, you can select the day before for the delivery to be held at the front desk for your guests. Once you’ve selected your delivery date, you can go back to your cart and complete your checkout. Our website will guide you through all the necessary steps to ensure that your gift reaches the right place and person. You will be asked for details such as your guest’s name, resort, confirmation number (if available), message for the note, and other necessary information. We’ll take it from there!
Finally, the Pickup of Your Gift
Please note that the pickup procedure varies from resort to resort. Our standard practice is to drop off gifts at either the Front Desk or Luggage Services desk, depending on the specific resort’s procedures. Upon drop-off, you have the option to have your guest notified via text message that a gift is waiting for them, along with the name of the employee it was left with. Your guests can then visit the designated area to pick up their gifts. As an accountability measure, we also notify the sender via email with a picture of the gift at the designated resort, including the name of the employee it was left with. It’s important to note that we are unable to deliver gifts directly to the guest’s room, and outside delivery services are not authorized. Depending on the resort, we can request that the resort deliver the gift to the guest’s room, or the guest can make the same request at the front desk when they are available.
