All Walt Disney World owned and operated Resorts accept groceries and have refrigerators, freezers, and shelving to hold your items until you are ready to either collect your items or have them delivered.
Universal Resorts do not hold any groceries so a time for drop off will need to be arranged. The form has a field for an approximate time for drop off but that is flexible and can be adjusted as needed closer to your arrival date.
Other Area Resort’s grocery policies vary depending on the specific resort.
Once you submit your order after checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. 3 – 5 days prior to your stay, you will receive an itemized invoice listing all of your items. Please review and let us know about any changes before payment.
Pricing Update: We’re pleased to inform you that we have lowered our invoicing, shopping, and delivery fees from $30 to $25 to better align with our website orders. However, please note that there will be some additional fees to help cover costs such as membership fees, packing supplies, and distance to shop. If shopping is requested at specialty health stores like Whole Foods and Sprout’s or at warehouse membership stores such as Sam’s, BJ’s, and Costco, you will incur an additional $10 fee per category, only if requested. Additionally, to accommodate larger orders, for every 50 items above the initial 50, there will be an additional $10 charge. Thank you for your understanding!
