We offer multiple options for ordering groceries for your upcoming magical vacation in Central Florida! You can mix and match these options and add them to your cart to meet all your grocery needs.
All-Inclusive Packages – Enjoy convenience with our all-inclusive grocery packages! Start your day with a delicious grab-and-go breakfast or indulge in our complete breakfast options if you have a full kitchen. Our budget-friendly park snack packs make it easy to enjoy your day without overspending.
Individual Items – We offer over 100 individual items that you can add to your cart for delivery. Most of the items included in our packages are also available for individual purchase on our site. You’re welcome to add multiple quantities of each item to meet your needs. If you need something that is not listed, simply add it on the checkout screen, and we will get back to you with an invoice and deliver everything together.
Custom Lists – Our third ordering option is a custom list. With this option, you can create a list of specific items you would like to have delivered to your resort, rental home, or villa. You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit when you order, but this amount will be credited to your invoice.
Start by selecting your custom list based on where you will need your groceries delivered. Details regarding your drop off will be included with the specific product you choose.
Once you check out, you will be charged a nominal non-refundable $15 deposit to ensure that all orders are legitimate. This deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.

We sincerely appreciate your interest in our services! However, we regret to inform you that this particular service is not available at the moment. Our primary goal is to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests, and we strive to provide the best service possible each time you visit.
While we would love to offer simple pickup, we can only guarantee that products meet our high standards if we personally select them.
We carefully choose items that are free from cosmetic imperfections, have not passed their “best by” date, and are presented at their very best! Additionally, we aim to ensure that your entire order is delivered accurately, as store shoppers occasionally miss an item or two. Thank you for your understanding!
Yes, both Sundays and Wednesdays are unavailable for grocery delivery. We can still take care of your grocery needs; please simply schedule for the day before, and we will ensure that your delivery is taken care of for your arrival. Exceptions can be made; please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Our shopping and delivery cost is $25 for all grocery orders. We do not charge additional fees that most other delivery services charge, such as credit card processing fees, up-charging for groceries, or in-person meeting charges.
We do, however, have two additional fees that we charge for certain services due to our extra costs for these services. They are each $10 and include Alcohol Pickup and Delivery, as well as Warehouse Store requests (BJ’s, Sam’s Club, and Costco).
Yes! Please check out the Alcohol Delivery Page for more information. A $10 pickup fee applies, which helps offset the cost of the pickup and administration of this service. There is no up-charge on the alcohol. You pay what the store charges through their website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay is accepted for all transactions. We do not accept Food Stamps or SNAP cards for payment of groceries.
If you place your order through our website, you will pay at the end of your transaction. Payment is processed through a secure link via the credit card processor, Stripe, and your card number is never shared with our business.
Magical Vacation Services can only refund what you have paid and does not have access to charge any more than your initial charge without action from you.
If you place a Custom List order, your initial deposit is paid through the website. Once you receive the invoice for your grocery list, you will be able to click a link in that email and pay directly through QuickBooks. As with Stripe, your card number is never shared with our business.
Of course, you can add to your order! We are here to take care of all your grocery needs, and additional items are not a problem.
If you have ordered through the website, please do not place another order, as the website will charge you a second full delivery fee for that one (or few) item(s). Please send an email to [email protected] that includes your name and order number.
Once we gather the prices, we will send you an invoice that includes only the additional items you need and tax, if applicable. The invoice will not include a delivery charge because you have already paid for delivery with your initial order.
If you have sent in a custom order, you may reply to the invoice email that you receive with the items you would like to add, and you will receive an updated invoice including your new items and total.
Please do not text, send Facebook messages, or DM on Instagram with lists to add additional items. Unfotunately, these lists and the information can get lost. Please send an email with your order number to [email protected] listing the items you would like to add.
It depends on the resort; here is a basic explanation:
At Disney-owned and operated resorts on WDW property, groceries can be stored with Bell Services. All Bell Services areas at WDW have freezers, refrigerators, and shelving to hold your items. When you arrive or are ready for your items, you can either pick them up from Bell Services or ask for them to be delivered. A fee may apply for delivery, depending on the resort. Disney has rules against items being delivered directly to the rooms by outside companies; however, we are happy to assist if we are escorted to the room by you, the guest.
At Lowe’s and Universal Orlando Resorts within Universal Orlando, you must pick up the items from the delivery personnel in person. These resorts will not hold any groceries for their guests. A time must be arranged to meet in the lobby, and we will be happy to assist with getting items to your room if escorted by a guest.
For private vacation homes and villas, the drop-off will usually need to be in person. When you place your order, please designate an approximate time, and once it gets closer, we can fine-tune the meeting time based on the day’s circumstances for both our workload and your travel day.
All other resorts in the Central Florida area have various policies. Either before or once you place your order, we will contact the resort, find out their policy, and go from there regarding how you will receive your groceries.
We generally shop anywhere you need us to find your specific items. As a general rule, we shop at Publix and base our prices on their offerings.
We can also shop at specific specialty “health food” supermarkets in the area if requested. Two options within the Resort Area are Whole Foods and Sprouts. Please note that the products from these stores are generally more expensive than other brands, and your items will be priced accordingly.
Walmart – We sometimes receive inquiries about shopping at Walmart. We know they offer competitive prices, making them a great option for family food shopping. When you shop at Walmart and they are out of a specific item for your family, you typically have to choose something else or wait until your next visit.
At Magical Vacation Services, we commit to fulfilling your list as closely as possible to the invoice. Unfortunately, Walmart’s stocking in our area is not up to standard for list fulfillment shopping. Not only are their locations much sparser than Publix, but fulfilling an entire list often requires visiting three to four Walmarts. Therefore, Walmart is not an option unless specifically requested.

It depends on where you are staying.
At WDW-owned and operated resorts, yes, they will. All WDW resorts have refrigerators, freezers, and shelving to hold any items that you order.
At Universal Resorts, they do not hold groceries, so a meeting time must be arranged for drop-off.
At other resorts, it depends on the hotel or resort; please inquire, and we can arrange drop-off appropriate for the resort.
Most brands of water are available in our area. Nestlé markets its various brands of spring water differently in different regions of the country. In Florida, we have Zephyrhills Spring Water. There is a slight exception for Poland Spring, which is sold at BJ’s Warehouse here but only comes in a pack of 40 bottles.

No, we do not have any minimums. Please feel free to order as little or as much as you would like.
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. If your items have been shopped for, you will receive a 50% refund. If your order is a Custom List, you will receive a refund minus the initial deposit for the research and creation of your invoice.
At this time, we do not ship groceries. If you submit your order intending for it to be shipped to your house, your order will be immediately canceled.
Unfortunately, we can no longer ship or deliver Gideon’s cookies in accordance with their request. I sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. I understand how disappointing it can be not to receive Gideon’s cookies.
The owner of Gideon’s stated that they do not permit this service and have threatened legal action should we continue. While I would like to assist further, I cannot take the risk of legal implications. Yes, on most days we can deliver next-day and same-day gifts. Last-minute and rush delivery fees apply. Please check the website for more information or reach out if you have a specific date that is not available.
Availability is updated based on delivery volume, and if certain dates are unavailable, you will not be able to schedule those dates at checkout.
Travel Agents, I send out any dates that we will be away in my monthly newsletter so you can plan accordingly and submit gift orders early, so please subscribe to stay informed.
It depends on the resort and where it is being dropped off. This information will be updated as new resorts come online and new information is discovered.
Walt Disney World owned and operated resorts – Gifts are dropped off at the Front Desk, and the front desk will either present them to your client upon check-in or leave a voicemail for them if they use online check-in and do not visit the desk. Disney is very good at getting these items to your clients so they can enjoy them.
Universal Orlando Resorts – The Universal Orlando resorts vary, but for the most part, all gifts need to be dropped off at Luggage Services. These resorts will not notify your client that they have a gift to pick up. Please ensure that your client or guests know that they will have something to pick up at Luggage Services.
Other Resorts (including the WDW Swan and WDW Dolphin). Most resorts will take the gift at the Front Desk and hold it for the guest until they check in. Each resort is different; however, we have not had a situation where an area resort refused a gift.
As an extra insurance measure, we have introduced a free service that allows you to have your guest sent a very generic text message, informing them that they have a gift waiting and providing the name of the Cast Member or Employee with whom it was left. This number is used solely for this purpose, and your guests will receive only this single message. Your guest’s number is not stored and is only linked to this service, ensuring that they will not receive any advertising in the future. The example of the message is below. Applicable data rates do apply.
Delivery fees are included in the price of all gifts available on our website. For custom-created gifts, a $10 delivery fee will be listed on your invoice. Last-minute and rush fees apply to orders placed for next-day and same-day delivery.
Most baskets are wrapped in cellophane and tied with a bow. Several of our gifts are presented in a keepsake bag. These gifts are not wrapped but rather displayed in the bag.
With the launch of our new website, we have aimed to include photos of actual delivered gifts as examples to showcase how they will be delivered. Some displayed photos may show the items laid out, allowing you to see what will be included.
Please base your decision on the list of items included in the gifts, as due to manufacturing and packaging changes, the items may appear different from what is delivered.
Absolutely, we can work together to create something perfect for your guest or client. Please fill out the form on the Custom Gifts page, and we will proceed to create your magical delivery. Please note that a $15 deposit is required, and basket creation and delivery fees will be added.
No, you do not. Please do not worry about booking a slot for a gift delivery. Our new website has seamlessly integrated scheduling right into the checkout process!
Unfortunately, no. Each gift card is one “gift.” The card price includes the pickup fee for the card, presentation box, delivery fee, and personalized card. Please order a separate card for each guest to whom you would like to have a card delivered.
Due to staffing shortages in the hospitality industry and the increasing volume of my deliveries, I have adjusted my guaranteed delivery time to 7:00 PM. If you need a gift delivered by the time your guests check in, please schedule it for delivery the day before, and it will be waiting for your guests’ arrival.
I will always strive to have it there as early as possible. This works better during the week compared to the weekends, as the resorts are less busy and the drop-off process is much quicker.
Please email, message, or call if your guest cancels before the gift is delivered. If the gift is created and an attempt is made to deliver it to the resort on the requested day, and the front desk informs us of this case, you will be refunded 50% of the total gift cost. The remaining amount will be retained for transportation costs, as well as for materials from the gift that cannot be reused.
