An $85 deposit reserves your custom build and is applied toward your final total.
When a standard gift isn’t quite right, our Signature Custom Gift Experience allows you to create something truly personalized and memorable.
Whether you have a complete shopping list or just a few inspiration ideas, we will thoughtfully curate and source items to reflect your guest’s personality, celebration, and vacation style.

How Pricing Works
• Signature Custom Gifts start at $165 total.
• Custom balloon builds start at $195 total.
• An $85 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your custom build slot and is applied toward your final total.
The starting price includes:
• Assembly and presentation materials (basket, filler, wrap, bow)
• Standard sourcing within the Orlando area
• Professional assembly
• Personal delivery to your resort
Your custom gift includes approximately $80 in merchandise value within the starting price. If your selected items exceed that amount, the final total will be adjusted accordingly and invoiced prior to delivery.
The final invoice will reflect:
• Actual merchandise costs above the included amount
• Any approved specialty sourcing fees (if applicable)
Custom design and shopping begin only after your deposit is received.
Sourcing Policy
One standard shopping trip is included in the service.
If your request requires sourcing from multiple specialty destinations (for example, combining Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando merchandise), an additional sourcing fee may be assessed. Any additional fees will always be communicated and approved before purchase.
Please note that availability of park merchandise and specialty items cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on current inventory.
