Unfortunately, deposit refunds for changes of mind or purchases made elsewhere cannot be accommodated due to the associated fees from the credit card processor. We encourage you to be certain about your order request before proceeding with payment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

At checkout, select the gift option and then indicate that you are having this item shipped before arrival so we can collect the necessary shipping details.

Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate the shopping and shipping of the following items:

• Any non-prepackaged food, i.e., Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Dole Whip, Decorated Cupcakes, etc. (please note that pre-packaged theme park snacks can be shipped).
• Guideon’s Cookies — for shipping or delivery, please contact them directly, as we are unable to offer this service due to legal concerns from the owner.  Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this rule.
• Character Warehouse at Vineland Avenue Outlet Mall – merchandise moves very quickly here, so by the time your order is submitted, it is most likely that your item is no longer available.
• Groceries of any kind, i.e., Publix Iced Tea, Publix Chicken
• At this time, I am unable to shop for any merchandise at Universal Epic Universe.  Once annual passes are included, I will be happy to do so.  Currently, the only Epic Universe merchandise available for purchase outside of the park is in City Walk.
• Walt Disney World Party exclusive merchandise, such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.  In order to purchase these items, you must have a ticket to the event on that particular night.
