A $15 deposit secures your merchandise concierge request and confirms purchase intent. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice.

Because we visit the parks and shopping destinations on your behalf, professional service fees apply.

Service Fees

Our merchandise concierge service begins at:

$25 per primary park or shopping destination visited.

If your request requires sourcing from additional destinations (for example, Magic Kingdom + Disney Springs), an additional:

$15 per location applies.

Requests involving extended in-park time, high-demand or limited-release items, sizing searches, multiple-store sourcing, or virtual queues may require an adjusted service fee based on scope and time involved. Any adjustments will always be communicated and approved prior to purchase.

Our goal is to complete your request efficiently within a single destination whenever possible.

Final Invoice Includes:

• Retail cost of merchandise (plus tax)
• Applicable concierge service fees
• Shipping (if applicable)

Shipping Information

UPS is our preferred shipping carrier as it provides reliable tracking and allows us to assist directly with any claims if necessary.

USPS is available upon request; however, USPS requires the recipient to file any loss or damage claims directly.

Shipping rates vary based on weight, size, and destination.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind, or if the item is purchased elsewhere. Credit card processing fees apply at the time of transaction and cannot be recovered.

Please ensure you are ready to move forward before submitting your request.

Shopping Limitations

We are unable to shop for or ship the following:

• Non-prepackaged food items (e.g., Dole Whip, decorated cupcakes, hot park foods). Pre-packaged snacks are permitted.
• Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies (please contact them directly).
• Character Warehouse at Vineland Avenue (inventory turns too quickly to source reliably).
• Groceries through this service (please use our grocery delivery page).
• Universal Epic Universe in-park merchandise at this time (CityWalk-only availability until pass access expands).
• Walt Disney World party-exclusive merchandise (valid event ticket required for that night).
